Payments

You can choose how this works.  You can either:

• Elect for ad-hoc, pay by the hour approach.  This is best for smaller, simple networks.
• Pay for a set amount of hours per month.  This allows a certain amount of preventive maintenance to be carried out.
• Or pay a set amount per month.  This covers anything that was working but now isn't, so that you don't have to worry about a ballooning IT cost.  We take over your IT, and you don't worry about it.

Your choice.  Simple.

Trust

Trust is the fundamental part that is often missing when working with IT companies.  We chose to be in the same category as other professional services, and so work hard on building relationships.

• A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement
• A Code of Ethics
