This is what Network Deployments do...

• Computer Support - We make sure your computers work, all the time.  If they don't, we fix them.  This includes backups, emails, and even palm-tops for email or remote access.
• Network Design - We plan to make sure your investment in technology repays itself in the quickest time possible, utilising the most cost-effective solutions including Linux and other open-source software.
• Telephony - We integrate telephones with your computer system, so that you can deliver first-class service to your customers.
• IT Management - We also make sure your IT will keep up with your business plans, and we'll even talk to third parties like BT on your behalf because we know you've got better things to do.

It's not a long list, but we do it well.  In amongst this are important concepts such as Disaster Recovery (DR) or Business Continuity Planning (BCP).  We can design our clients disaster recovery plan to utilise our infrastructure such as our servers and firewalls connected to a 10Mb leased line connection to the internet.  Coupling this with shared hardware, all based in Essex, we can keep our clients running and earning money dispite theft, fire, flood, or prevention of access to their offices through public disorder or disease.  Luckily, though, its not all doom and gloom!  A lot of our clients use the basis of their disaster recovery plan to help their staff work at home.
