Our values underpin our methodologies, and they guide the way we work. We are happy to give our non-disclosure agreement which we will sign for you, but it is tacitly agreed to in all our dealings with clients. Similarly, we have a written code of ethics that we apply not only to ourselves but to any other contractors that we endorse.

What’s the Difference?
The difference is in the planning. This allows us to do things differently from the traditional external support.
We don’t just fight fires. Many IT support companies send over an engineer when you need one. By that time, it is too late: the crash has happened, the employee time – perhaps even data – has been lost.
We don’t consult just when there is a project to be done, then disappear for months. Network Deployment’s personnel will be fully integrated with the management and staff on the project, right from conception to completion. This includes the ‘bedding-in time’ and solving ‘teething troubles’.
We don’t wait for things to wrong, then act. The proactive stance from Network Deployments saves time and money. This allows us to allocate senior analysts to companies to be their point of contact for all calls. He will either delegate the task, or deal with it himself. He will not, however, delegate the responsibility. He is your network and IT manager.
We don’t ‘cherry pick’ our customers. We realise that today’s small customers are tomorrow’s corporate companies. If you have a requirement for IT planning, support or management, then we are happy to provide it.
We do plan and design networks from the ground up to be secure, resilient and robust. We do believe in proactive support, and the maintenance visits are a vital way to ensure that this happens. We configure our security systems so that they can react to published virus outbreaks before you are even aware of them.
We do make ourselves available to integrate at the management level in your organisation in order to ensure that your network does not hinder your success.
All this leads to better service, support and planning at less cost.
